What is the Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP)?

The Long Island Housing Partnership, a not-for-profit organization, is the contracted agency for the administration of the Town of Islip Affordable Housing Program at Courthouse Commons.

How many homes are included within this program?

Fifty-one (51) homes have been designated as workforce housing homes available to those who qualify.

Can I view the condos and community?

Our professionally decorated, furnished model home is now open! Our sales staff is located on site daily from 10 AM – 6 PM.

Where is Courthouse Commons Located?

Located in the up and coming neighborhood of Central Islip, Courthouse Commons offers new construction condominiums boasting spacious square footage, community amenities and open space.
