The Realtor is responsible for signing in with their client to ensure the visit is properly documented. It is that easy. This program is not exclusive and invites all licensed REALTORS® to participate. The commission is paid to the selling agent and is not shared in any way with the sales associate of Timber Ridge Homes. All REALTORS® are allowed to list available homes on their individual websites. Please see sales associate for guidelines, restrictions, specific listing information and photography. All available homes are listed on MLS by Timber Ridge Homes and are not be duplicated in this venue.
